When the phone rings at four in the morning and it says: “Hi, it’s Robert, I’ve just come from Berlin and I’m on my way to the office now. Do you have time?”, then it wasn’t actually a question. Then there’s a single word on the whiteboard or he’s holding a drawing and you’re like,
